A one-time purchase grants you a license for the lifetime of the LTX Desktop with video editor AI agent product. Clone, build and modify it for your own personal and commercial video work. No recurring software subscription.

What is included

The complete desktop application with the Version 6 agent integrated, distributed through private GitHub releases, plus optional source access for your own use. It includes extra local video, image, music, and SFX model support through ComfyUI or Wan2GP ckpts folders and Settings fields for your sync.so and MusicAPI keys. The agent can arrange tracks, ripple-delete, grade, flip, solo, and play the preview. The license does not include API credits, cloud generation, hardware, third-party subscriptions, custom development or a promise of perpetual hosting or compatibility. Your own material and outputs remain yours, subject to applicable model and third-party terms.

Sharing and redistribution

Version 6 proprietary additions may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared with unlicensed users or offered as a competing hosted software service. Original LTX Desktop and other open-source components retain their existing licenses and rights. Previously granted open-source rights are not revoked. This is an independent Version 6 edition, not an official Lightricks product.

Refunds and disputes

A refund, including a partial refund, or reversed payment ends repository access and the commercial entitlement. Access is suspended during a payment dispute and can be restored if it resolves in the seller’s favor. These controls cannot erase downloaded copies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support for purchase issues and refund requests.

Privacy

We store your GitHub account ID and username, order amounts, payment references and payment/access status to provide your purchase and handle refunds or disputes. Stripe or PayPal processes payment information. We do not receive your card details. GitHub sends the repository invitation. See our privacy policy and site terms.

Software is provided AS IS, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated images and edits require your review.
